These terms govern access to the NetInvest public website and invitation-only portals.

NetInvest presents eligible electronics instalment operations originated by NetMore or authorised internally by NetInvest. Portal access does not create an obligation to participate in any operation.
Each opportunity is separate and must be reviewed on its own commercial, repayment and risk information.
No guarantee or personal advice
Displayed returns are estimates, not guarantees. Participation can involve delayed or missed repayments and partial or total loss of capital.
Website content is general information and is not personal financial, legal or tax advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
Portal access is personal and by invitation. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
The website must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with security, or to obtain information belonging to another user.
Operations and payments
An operation becomes available only after the relevant internal release. Payment may be processed through Brazhelp Solutions and Revolut as identified during checkout.
Brazhelp does not hold partner funds in custody. It identifies and reconciles the payment, applies the disclosed operational commission and transfers the reconciled amount through the agreed operating flow.
Connected companies and external sites
NetMore originates underlying commercial operations, NetInvest structures and presents eligible opportunities, and Brazhelp supports the disclosed operational payment flow.
External websites and payment services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices and availability.
Availability, changes and contact
NetInvest may update, suspend or correct website content and portal features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we work to protect records and restore service promptly.
