The public contact form collects name, email, subject and message. Contact messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for a legal or contractual reason.
Why we use data
We use data to answer enquiries, administer invitation-only access, present and manage operations, reconcile payment records, secure the service, comply with legal duties and establish or defend legal claims.
Processing is based, as applicable, on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform, or consent.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be shared only as needed with NetMore, Brazhelp, Revolut, hosting, security and professional service providers, or authorities where legally required.
